The Consumer Psychology Lab team has extensive experience in customer experience management (CEM); this includes programme design, implementation and tracking in auto-motive, healthcare, staffing and media industries. LIEZEL JONKHEID

Liezel Jonkheid (APR) is a Marketing, Communications and Research Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the private healthcare sector at JSE listed and other companies, including: Netcare, Medic-Clinic, Life Healthcare, Curamed, Hospiplan and Clinic Holdings. Her expertise includes extensive experience in marketing communication, project management, strategy development (marketing, brand, and communications), qualitative research, customer experience measurement/ management and business consulting. Her experience includes:

  • Qualitative research and strategy development for clients in the auto-motive, media, healthcare, services, social and retail industries
  • Business consulting and mentoring services for startups
  • Guest lecturer at the University of Johannesburg and Milpark Business School on qualitative research and marketing, from 1st to final year and MBA students.
