Roger is the founder and Managing Director of Liquid CRM, a leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM software integrator since 2004. He is a trusted adviser on all things CRM to major South African clients like Old Mutual and Sanlam. And he is an entrepreneur with hard earned practical experience.
After obtaining his Bcom from UCT his career originated in business software implementation. From there he joined Microsoft in a solution sales role. Here he spotted the early version of the Microsoft CRM product and left the comfort of the corporate world to build his own business based on it. Since then Roger has been immersed in the world of CRM and Client Experience Management in a range of industries but especially in Financial Services like Insurance and Asset Management. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation.
Roger has been exposed to extensive learning and coaching in this space including Experience Marketing at the Graduate School of Business as well as Sales Methodologies including Targeted Account Selling and Miller Heiman. This makes him ideally position to consult to clients helping them to get the most from technology in the customer space, not only at a technical level but also at a business level.
